We offer one-on-one personal training solutions for those who are looking for something to stick with. We make sure to create a customized plan with both your excerise and nutrition.

Per Session

We allow a per session basis instead of the traditional monthly gym or fitness studio fee. By working like this you can book your sessions with us when you are available but of course we recommend consistancy.

Tailored Program

No two programs are built the same. We make sure that based on your goals, body type and fitness level that we develop a custom plan just for you. Everyone is different and deserves their own plan.

Complimentary Consultation

We know that getting started with fitness can cause some anxiety. To get over that hurdle, we offer a complimentary consultation to get to know you better and give you exposure to our studio. We’ll discuss your goals, previous workout history, and any injuries and or health challenges you may have. There is no commitment necessary. We hope to guide you towards your goals and would love to work with you.

To make sure we keep personal training focused on each of our clients we book time slots that fit around your scheduling. We make the process easy to book an open slot and then allow us to work one-on-one with you for the duration. I started with Chad in August 2020, my first semester of college was cancelled and i needed something active to do. At that point I was a small underweight kid looking to gain muscle and gain weight. I went to Chad 3 times a week until late January 2021.
